His Holiness urged the newly ordained priests to be dignified and uphold the good reputation of the Armenian Church


On November 26, H.E. Karekin the Second Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians received the 6 clerics who were ordained a few days ago in the Mother Cathedral of Miatznaej under the guidance of the acting priest of the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin, Fr. Reverend Harutyun Kirakosyan and the leader of Artik Diocese His Grace Fr. Bishop Narek Avagyan.

At the meeting, Father Haryutuna introduced the newly ordained to the Catholicos of All Armenians, requesting His Holiness's blessing and message to the ordained. In his turn, Bishop Narek expressed his gratitude to the Armenian Patriarch for the honor of priestly ordination.

Then the Catholicos of All Armenians congratulated the priests on the occasion of their priestly ordination, bringing them his paternal blessing and best wishes.

His Holiness urged the newly ordained priest fathers to be worthy churchmen, to uphold the good reputation and reputation of the Armenian Church with their dedicated service, to strengthen the love of God, patriotism and church love in the hearts of Armenians.

The Armenian Patriarch told the ordained to contribute to the overcoming of the challenges faced by the Armenian people through their spiritual and educational activities.
