It is proposed to make an important change that can significantly affect the detection of crimes and the effectiveness and productivity of investigative work.
This is reported by the Central Committee of the Republic of Armenia. The possible change, which conceptually received a positive conclusion from the Venice Commission with several specific recommendations, was put to public discussion.
