Yerevan's oldest bridge, the Red Bridge, is being restored through community-private partnership, Yerevan Municipality reports.

About 20% of the more than 80m long structure was preserved.

The project of the bridge from centuries was made in such a way that all valuable elements and historical layers are preserved, therefore reconstruction and strengthening are not planned. the bridge will be pedestrian only after restoration.
