Biden allowed US long-range weapons to strike Russian territory

US President Joe Biden has authorized strikes on Russian territory with ATACMS tactical ballistic missiles. The New York Times reported this on Sunday.

It is noted that this decision was made just two months before the change of power in Washington and became a “major change in US policy”․

The opinions of the American leader's advisers are divided in connection with this step, the publication writes. The missiles will probably be used against the military of the Russian Federation and the DPRK “to protect the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kursk region,” according to The New York Times.
