A US military base in Deir ez-Zor province and a base in Hasakah province were attacked on Tuesday by missiles and a drone, a Syrian military source told RIA Novosti.

“The American base at the Koniko field in Deir ez-Zor was attacked by a drone, which exploded in the southeastern part of the base,” the source said.

According to the agency's interlocutor, another US base, located in Shaddadi in Hasakah province, was fired at by three rockets that exploded on the territory of a military facility.
