During these 4 years, Azerbaijan has used Armenian prisoners and prisoners of war to extract concessions from Armenia. In this regard, I consider it important to discuss the topic of prisoners in our parliament during the COP29, said Tigran Abrahamyan, the secretary of the "I have an honor" faction.
According to him, for Azerbaijan, the use of force or the threat of force continues to be the basis for the settlement of the conflict.
"Azerbaijan's real goal is not to regulate relations with Armenia, but to realize the sizeist, imperialistic goals of Turkey and Azerbaijan at the expense of Armenia's vital interests," Abrahamyan said.
