The head of the Kharkov regional military administration, Oleg Sinegubov, claims in the Telegram channel that administrative buildings were damaged in the Saltovsky district of Kharkov. As Sinegubov wrote, “in the city center (Kharkov - ed.)” “administrative buildings were damaged at two addresses.” He clarified that we are talking about the Saltovsky district of the city. Earlier on Friday, the Ukrainian TV channel “Public” reported about a series of explosions in Kharkov.
