But there are also facts that testify to the restraint of judges of the CC. In relation to everyone, the government has a topic through which it achieved results. For example, there is a criminal case against Areg Vagharshyan, the son of CC judge Artur Vagharshyan, which is now frozen, but can be reopened at any time due to the judge's behavior.
Areg Vagharshyan was accused of stabbing Eduard Nadaryan, the son of former police colonel Vardan Nadaryan, in 2023. He was charged in time, a petition for arrest was brought to the court, which was rejected.
According to our information, the preliminary investigation, which lasted for about 3 years, has not yet been completed, but during this time, the accusation was removed from Vagharshyan's son and the other accused, and the stabbing case remained without an accused and remained silent on the shelves of the investigation.
