The tension between Afghanistan and Pakistan has escalated. The leadership of the "Taliban" movement reported on Wednesday about hitting a number of targets in Pakistan's Baluchistan province, EFE agency reports.
Islamabad also noted that they shot down four drones launched from Afghanistan. The Pakistani military has warned that if the border provocations continue, the Afghans will receive an adequate response.
On the night of June 28 and 29, Pakistan struck Afghanistan, claiming to have destroyed 29 militants as well as arms and ammunition caches. Afghanistan reported that 38 civilians were killed and more than 160 were wounded as a result of the strikes.
Islamabad accuses Kabul of harboring terrorists who carry out attacks in Pakistan. The Taliban denies the allegations. Parties in 2025 they agreed to a ceasefire in October, but it is regularly violated.
