The relations between Ankara and Yerevan will be regulated after the signing of the peace treaty. Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkey

"Azerbaijan and Armenia are getting closer to signing a peace agreement," said Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan. In a conversation with journalists, Fidan emphasized the importance of establishing peace in the Caucasus.

"We consider the agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia to be an extremely important step for stability and peace in the region."

He added that a good example of this progress is the approval of the regulation of commissions on demarcation of the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia. "After signing the [peace] agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia, relations between Turkey and Armenia will also be regulated," he said.
