Has been named breakfast that improves brain work

Scientists from the University of Reding have found that eating 50 grams of walnuts with a $ 50 grams of nuts helps to speed up the response time and improve the memory throughout the day. The results of the study were published in Food & Function magazine.

The study took part in 32 healthy young people aged 18 to 30. At different times, they use for breakfast with yogurt and grain nuts as well as other food options. Six hours after each first meal, the tests have gone brain scan and cognitive tests.

The results showed that breakfast with nuts had a more positive effect on the speed and memory of the brain than no walnut breakfast. The blood tests of the participants showed positive changes at the levels of glucose and fatty acids, which both can affect the brain work.

According to researchers, nuts contain omega-3, alpha-linolain fatty acids, proteins and vegetable compounds, polyphenols. All these materials can improve cognitive abilities. However, additional research is needed to better understand the operation of these components.
