North Korean leader Kim No Non have reprimanded the members of the party's party committee for immoral behavior, including alcohol. This was reported by Korea's Central News Agency KCNA.
It is noted that the members of the party's party in Namepo's Onhcon province of Ishko have "prepared the plenary session of the District Party's Committee" and "the meeting held a very formal."
In addition, about 40 party members, including the leadership of the party committee, "went to a cultural and service facility, where they were sent to drink."
