Ohio Senator JD Vance formally accepted the GOP vice presidential nomination at the Republican National Convention Wednesday night in Milwaukee, CNN reports.39-year-old Vance who once was a critic of former U.S. President Donald Trump, will be his running mate.In his speech, Vance said Trump would “put America first” and described Wednesday as a “night of hope” after the former president survived an assassination attempt last week.
