President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky had a telephone conversation with the newly elected US President Donald Trump.
"I had a great conversation with President Trump, I congratulated him on his historic landslide victory. his incredible campaign made this result possible, we agreed to maintain close dialogue and develop our cooperation," Zelensky wrote on his X page.
Voting for the US elections ended on the morning of November 6, Moscow time.
The official results have not yet been tallied, however, according to Fox News, Trump received 277 electoral votes, with the required 270. He has already declared himself the 47th president of the USA.
