According to L'Equipe, the club must pay a fine of 50 million euros, of which 12.5 million must pay for UEFA, and the remaining payment will depend on the implementation of some financial obligations. The French club has accepted the terms of the ultimatum and signed an agreement. However, it will need to be able to invest significant investments, to limit the salary fund and have a positive transfer balance.
At the same time, it should be able to maintain its position in the "League 1" to participate in the Europa League games. It should be noted that Lyon has appeared in the second division as a fine for violating the rules of financial transparency and applied to the National Management of Control and Management, complaining the decision.
