"Even green tomatoes left to get to a warm place cannot be stored at a temperature above 20 ° C. This temperature is the maximum, including for dry fruits, so all foods must be stored in dark, cool places, "Fomenko warned.

The specialist reminded that the onion and garlic (no more than 2 ° C), pear, apricots, peaches, apples (maintained at a temperature of -1 to 0 ° C) "love" cold.

"Potatoes are advised to store at a temperature of 4 ° C to avoid spraying tubes and fruits of the flesh, which spoils the flavor of the food," explains the scientist.
