A new dangerous consequence of fatty food abuse has been found

The scientists from Michigan Medical Center have found that the extremely use of fat increases the level of triglycerides in the blood and directly contributes to the development of the abdominal aortic. The results of the study were published in the "Circulation" magazine.

An impropricile aorta wall is a local expansion that is the biggest vessel of the body, which carries blood from the heart to all organs. When the vessel wall is thinning, the risk of tear grows, which can lead to death.

Scientists have found that triglycerides and their metabolism protein (apoc3 and angttl3) directly damage the aortic wall. During the experiments made on mice with the level of raised triglyceride, the effect of the dose was proved. Moderate growth in the blood of the triglyceride has accelerated the emergence of an "high levels, and the high level has led to aortic dysquety and torment."

Researchers have found that this mechanism is linked to Lizil Oxidas (LOX), which strengthens the aortic part tissue. The excess of triglycerides and fatty acids put pressure on LOX activity, weakening the wall of the vessel.

The scientists reminded that the triglycerides are so-called neutral fats, which enter the body with food and synthesize in the liver and intestines. The popular causes of their excess in the blood are obesity, diabetes, thyroid dysfunction and nutritional disorders, rapid food, pastries, chips and fatty meat.
