Putin has signed the Law on Penalties to sell energy drinks

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a fine of up to 500 thousand rubles to sell energy drinks to children. The relevant document was posted on the official publication of legal acts.

The law supplements the Administrative Code in a new article, which defines fines to violate the retail rules of non-alcoholic energy drinks if this operation is not considered a criminal offense.

State Duma President Vyacheslav Volodin previously said that this decision would be a continuation of the systematic legislative work to protect the health of the young generation.
