Russia intends to fully settle all remaining issues related to the downing of the "Azerbaijan Airlines" plane, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry announced.
"We aim to turn that tragic page in relations, but the memory of the victims will not be erased," Maria Zakharova emphasized.
He also drew the attention of his Azerbaijani colleagues to the need to release the arrested citizens of Russia as soon as possible.
