In this case, you have to spend at least 150 minutes of exercise within two days. The results of the study were published in the magazine of the American Heart Association (JAHA).

In the first group, those who worked equally throughout the week, and volunteers, who were active at the weekend, and in the third, sedentary lifestyle entities.

The researchers also analyzed the data of the seven days of physical activity of the participants, which were obtained through accelerators. The speedometers have registered various actions, including walking, run, bicycle, elliptical exercises, household chores, gardening and entertainment activities such as dance.

The results showed that their health, who trained regularly during the weekend, were better protected compared to inactive volunteers. In particular, the risk of mortality in the second group has decreased by 26%, and the risk of cardiovascular disease and cancer mortality increased by 24% and 13%, respectively.
