It is very important for the investor if something has been agreed to what extent that agreement is respected, to what extent is it strong?
These are factors that allow us to be maximally to compensate for the so-called environmentalic environment at least partially and attract a large investor. Because, in this sense, the major investor becomes a professor, therefore in the external field, a diplomatic "alternative" partner and resource.
