Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree to invite Russians in the reserve army to military gatherings in 2025.

Military gatherings will be held in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, National Guard troops, EMS rescue units, as well as state security agencies and the Federal Security Service.

Last year, Putin signed the corresponding decree in March, 2023 in May.
