US President Joe Biden was spotted leaving Nantucket Bookworks on November 29 with Columbia University professor emeritus Rashid Khalidi's book The Hundred Year War in Palestine. History of Colonial Conquests and Settlers' Resistance, 1917-2017" book.
The book, which describes Israel as a colonial power in the context of the Palestinian resistance, was published in 2017.
Having repeatedly expressed support for Israel in the past, Biden's acquisition of this book has attracted attention from the press and public.
"My reaction is that he is four years late," commented Rashid Khalidi, the author of the book, to the New York Post.
