The gift was given to Pashinyan in May, as part of the state dinner organized in honor of the French president at the presidential residence. The work "The Seminary of Scholars" by Minas Medikyan, which was published back in 1818 in Venice, was handed over to the Prime Minister. The value of the ancient book was estimated at 308 thousand 635 drams. The President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, presented Nikol Pashinyan with a "RECIFE" brand leather bag, the value of which was 161 thousand 918 drams, within the framework of the inaugural Armenia-EU summit, on May 5.
