A chaotic situation has been created in Upper Lars for about twenty days. A kilometer-long line of trucks returning from Russia to Armenia stands in Lars. Hundreds of trucks are waiting for days to be allowed to cross the Russian-Georgian border to reach Armenia. One of the drivers told us that there is no queue to reserve a ticket, several trucks are allowed to go to the Russian side every day, others are standing still.
Let's remind that "Rosselkhoznadzor" introduced a number of restrictions on the import of agricultural products from Armenia, including tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, strawberries, cherries, apricots, peaches, grapes and other products, starting from May 30 and the first days of June. As a result of the restrictions, not only the producers of agricultural products, but also the cargo transporters have found themselves in a difficult situation.
