On November 13, at around 09:20, the body of Narek Khachatur Grigoryan, a soldier of the RA Defense Unit N, was found in the disciplinary company of the RA Defense Department. Under Article 522, Part 1, criminal proceedings have been initiated.
An investigative team has been formed.
During the preliminary investigation, the site of the incident was inspected, the external examination of the body was performed, more than two dozen people were questioned, the device containing the video footage of the disciplinary squad's cameras, documents were confiscated, and more than two dozen examinations were appointed, including the forensic examination of the body.
Instructions were given to investigative bodies to carry out operative-investigative measures.
The investigation is ongoing.
