Baku accused Armenia of "polluting" the Caspian Sea

"The Azerbaijani side will continue its efforts to bring Armenia to justice not only within the framework of the International Court, but also within the framework of arbitration processes," as reported by the Azerbaijani media, the head of the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Aykhan Hajizade, told reporters.

According to him, "this process is continuous and will last approximately 2-3 years".

Hajizade also made another absurd accusation against the Armenian side, claiming that "Armenia's emissions of harmful substances into cross-border rivers are polluting the Caspian Sea."

"The Azerbaijani side has started an arbitration process, and appropriate measures are being taken to hold Armenia accountable," he noted.
