Britain's concerns about Russia's use of nuclear weapons have become known

The British government held crisis meetings in October 2022 to prepare for the possible use of nuclear weapons by Russia in the conflict in Ukraine. This is reportedSky NewsTV channel, referring to the biography of the then British Prime Minister Liz Truss entitled "Out of Blue".

Truss is said to have spent part of his final days in the office poring over weather maps in preparation for the possibility of radiation spreading across the UK.

Fears of the alleged use of nuclear weapons by Russia were based on American intelligence data, which reported a 50 percent probability of such a development, writes Sky News.

The book says Truss "spent many hours studying satellite data on weather and wind directions", fearing that "erratic weather conditions" could have "direct implications for the UK".

Liz Truss served as the Prime Minister of Great Britain from September 6 to October 25, 2022. This period was the shortest in British history.
