In September, Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky showed the so-called victory plan to Donald Trump, the latter was interested in the points about Western access to Ukrainian natural resources and the replacement of part of the American military forces in Europe with Ukrainian ones. "Ukraine is developing a 'winning plan' for the incoming Trump administration, highlighting potential business deals, access to raw materials and troop deployments in an attempt to influence the US president-elect," the publication said.
According to the FT, these proposals were presented to Trump when the Ukrainian president met with him in New York in September.
