More than 400 Armenian trucks are waiting to cross the Russian-Georgian border near the Upper Lars checkpoint.
The North Ossetian Road Traffic Organization Center reports the information. There are 1,405 trucks in the electronic queue, 439 of which have Armenian license plates.
At the moment, the checkpoint is open for all vehicles.
The accumulation of trucks is connected with the deterioration of weather conditions on the Gudauri-Kobi section of the Mtskheta-Stepantsminda-Lars international highway.
