"The Commission for the Prevention of Corruption (CPC) has published information on the movement of funds in the bank accounts of parties and alliances participating in the National Assembly elections for the period 20/05/2026-22/05/2026. The data includes the parties' inflows, outflows, donations, rents, taxes, and account balances.
According to the published data, the largest financial movement was registered with the "Civil Agreement" party. The party received AMD 85,476,600 in donations from 191 people, as well as AMD 144,300 in membership fees and AMD 18,977,600 in state funding. The outflows amounted to 120,337,160 drams, the main part of which, 120 million drams, was transferred to the pre-election fund (70 million on May 21, 2026 and 50 million on May 22), and also included 5,586,000 drams in tax payments.
The bank balance of the party was 78,336,889 drams. The force with the second largest financial turnover is the "Strong Armenia" bloc, which received 168,870,000 drams of donations from 43 people. Other expenses amounted to 223,934,026 drams, including service fees, payables, invoice payments, Facebook advertising, insurance premiums, and a transfer of 160 million drams to the pre-election fund. The alliance's bank balance was AMD 89,583,741.
"Prosperous Armenia" party received a donation of 18,000,000 drams from 2 persons and state funding of 18,977,600 drams. The proceeds amounted to 20,285,000 drams, of which 18 million drams were transferred to the pre-election fund, and 2,285,000 drams were spent on printing. A rent payment of 390,000 drams was also recorded on the account of the party. The bank balance was 18,880,896 AMD. "Lusavore Armenia" received a donation of 3,000,000 AMD from 2 people, and the total output was 11,008,934 AMD, including Google and Facebook advertising costs and a transfer of 7,500,000 AMD to the pre-election fund.
The bank balance was 7,953,687 drams. A number of other political forces are also distinguished by their average financial activity. "Wings of Unity" alliance received a donation of 4,500,000 drams and made withdrawals of 4,703,500 drams, most of which - 4,700,000 drams - was transferred to the pre-election fund. The bank balance was 297,006 AMD. "New Power Reformist" received 1,700,000 AMD, made 2,941,520 AMD withdrawals, including TikTok and Facebook advertising, the balance was 1,162,533 AMD. "National Democratic Pole" received 1,850,000 AMD and made Outgoings of 1,301,504 AMD, including Facebook advertising, the balance was 1,279,396 AMD. "Democratic Consolidation" received 600,000 AMD and spent 32,752 AMD for Facebook advertising, the balance was 663,248 AMD. "Armenian Revolutionary Federation" received 4,000,000 drams in donation and had 107,467 drams in other expenses, as well as 280,000 drams in rental expenses. The bank balance was 3,227,627 drams. "Forward Right Center" received a donation of 5,000,000 drams, made 12,775,000 drams of rental expenses and 2,675,936 drams of other expenses, the balance was 12,553,628 drams.
"Democracy, Law, Discipline" received an anonymous donation of 10,000 drams, which was returned, made withdrawals of 331,000 drams, of which 320,000 drams were transferred to the pre-election fund. The balance was 258,100 drams. The "Armenian National Congress" received 200,000 drams, made payments of 900,000 drams, including 55,000 drams in rental payments. The balance was 283,197 drams.
It is mentioned in individual cases that a number of parties had almost no financial movement. "United Armenians" did not have a bank account during this period, "Kochar National Revival and Awakening of the Nation" had no movement, and "Christian-Democratic", "Alliance Progressive Centrist" and a number of other forces had low bank balances.
In general, published data show that the largest financial flows before the elections were concentrated around three main political forces: "Civil Pact", "Strong Armenia" and partly "Prosperous Armenia", while most other parties had limited or average financial activity."
