On September 9, a hit-and-run occurred in Kotayk region. At around 11:00 on Hanrapetutyan Street in Abovyan city, 37-year-old Jemma Kh., a resident of Kotayk region, drove her Chevrolet Volt car into a pedestrian crossing the street, 18-year-old Albert S., a resident of Kotayk region.
As reported Shamshyan.com, the driver did not flee, but called an ambulance. The victim was taken to the "Abovyan" medical center.
A criminal investigation has been initiated into the incident at the Abovyan investigative department.
