The opposition intends to challenge the constitutionality of the recently implemented amendments to the Law "On Higher Education and Science" in the Constitutional Court.
In particular, we are talking about the amendment, according to which it is forbidden to open university branches in marzes, thus limiting the constitutional right of citizens to receive education.
The initiator is the "Armenia" faction, which will be joined by other non-government deputies. We remind you that the signature of 27 deputies is needed to apply to the CC.
