• In the case of an official deputy, the report is sent to the prosecutor's office, but the public still does not see a response with the same speed and with the same severity. The question is not only about the relationship between the Church and the government. The question is about the fundamental principle of the legal state: equality of all before the law.
If the non-execution of the judicial act is a crime, then it is a crime both in the case of the member of the Supreme Spiritual Council and the secretary of the ruling faction. Otherwise, a dangerous precedent is formed: the law is strict towards those who do not obey the political authority, and tolerant towards those who are within that authority.
And this is not about legal, but about political justice."
