"Candidates applying for inclusion in the CP list, as is known, are deprived of the possibility of intra-party campaigning. In other words, the candidates are forbidden to meet with the voters. So, in the first round, the delegates will make a choice blindly, without knowing the candidates, because they believe that there will be unequal competitive conditions in the party, the well-known party members will have an advantage over the unknown ones.
However, they decided to give a chance to campaign in the second round. In this round, let's remind, the delegates will vote for the first 50 numbers of the list, but they will address the issue of placement in the list, including the selection of the prime minister candidate, in the second round.
Candidates will be given the opportunity to campaign in the second stage.
