Meanwhile, according to the legislation, "The court verdict is mandatory for execution, and its non-execution is a criminal act".
Thus, the Prosecutor General of RA is obliged to respond according to the legal procedure and, if necessary, enter the NA after Artur Hovhannisyan in order to initiate criminal proceedings. Let's remember that 0.24 mg of drugs were found in Artur Hovhannisyan's car in 2017 and a criminal case was initiated.
