Robert Fizzo, one of the EU leaders who often supports Trump's view that Europe is weak, was concerned about the US president's "psychological state". "Fizzo used the word 'dangerous' to describe the impression that the US president left during their private meeting at Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate in Florida," the publication said.
