Germany is currently unable to supply Ukraine with additional American-made Patriot air defense systems. German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius announced this, writes TASS.

He noted that Berlin has already supplied Kiev with more than a third of its Patriot systems and is currently unable to continue supplies because it needs to replenish its own arsenal.

According to Pistorius, compared to its allies, Germany has made a disproportionately large contribution to supporting Ukraine with air defense systems. The minister emphasized that Germany is the only country that supplies Kyiv with Iris-T systems, noting that there is a shortage of them.
