Iran has announced that the army is monitoring the movement of US forces in the Middle East

The servicemen of the Iranian army are closely monitoring all the movements of the US Armed Forces in the Middle East and are taking the necessary steps to strengthen the country's defense capabilities. This was stated by the representative of the Foreign Ministry of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Esmail Baghai, commenting on the words of US President Donald Trump that many American ships will be sent to the region.

"Any ships sent to the region will in no way affect Iran's steadfastness and determination to defend its sovereignty."

Therefore, the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran are closely monitoring all movements and, at the same time, do not waste a single second to strengthen their defense capabilities, protect national sovereignty and the country's dignity," Baghai emphasized during the weekly press conference.
