The United States, under an open-ended agreement with Venezuela's new government, will soon begin refining and selling up to 50 million barrels of Venezuelan oil.
This was announced by US President Donald Trump during a meeting with senior executives of major oil companies at the White House.
“Venezuela has also agreed that the United States will immediately begin processing and selling up to 50 million barrels of Venezuelan crude oil, and this will continue indefinitely. We are all ready for it," he said.
