The leadership of Ukraine no longer has any negotiating cards, and the attempted attack on the Russian presidential residence has further narrowed Kiev's options, Turkish political commentator Bulent Esinoglu told RIA Novosti.
"Sabotages against Russian tankers in the Black Sea and an attempted attack on the Russian presidential residence - this is all that Ukraine is capable of. There are no other cards left," he said.
Esinoglu noted that "there are no defense systems or an army left" in Ukraine, which could "surprise" Russia.
