Pope Leo XIV has given aid to Ukraine. three trucks with 100,000 portions of quick-cooking chicken and vegetable soup, the Vatican press service informs.
On the eve of Christmas, three trucks with humanitarian aid sent by the Korean company Samyang Foods arrived in the Vatican. Then they sent a cargo to the combat zones, the regions most affected by the bombings, where there is no electricity, water and heating.
Cardinal Konrad Krajewski noted that Pope Levon "not only prays for peace, but also wants to be present in suffering families."
