Grossi noted the lack of signs of countries preparing for nuclear tests

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) does not see any signs that the nuclear powers are going to resume nuclear tests, IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi said in an interview with "RIA Novosti".

"I see that the leaders of the great powers exchange statements from time to time. some are reactions to other people's statements, others are more spontaneous. But, as a rule, we look at the facts. And from the point of view of nuclear tests, we don't see anything like that at the moment," said Grossi.

US President Donald Trump announced on October 30 that he ordered nuclear weapons tests to be conducted "on an equal footing" with countries believed to have nuclear weapons programs.
