The Delhi Police has uncovered an underground production operation assembling fake Samsung brand smartphones, reports the Indian Express.

On the night of December 13-14, law enforcement agencies conducted a search for an illegal workshop disguised as a retail outlet. Four people were arrested as a result of the operation.

According to investigators, the suspects assembled fake devices from Chinese components and then prepared them for sale in the domestic market. During the search, 512 smartphones were seized that visually imitated Samsung's flagship models, including the Galaxy S Ultra, as well as the foldable Galaxy Z Fold and Galaxy Z Flip.
