The Israeli Foreign Minister discussed the region and the International Criminal Court with Rubio

Israel's Foreign Minister Gideon Sa'ar announced that during a meeting with Secretary of State Marco Rubio in Washington, he discussed the situation in the Middle East and the steps taken against the International Criminal Court.

"We had a fruitful discussion on our shared opportunities and challenges in the Middle East, Latin America, Africa and beyond. I also welcomed the steps taken by the Trump administration against the so-called International Criminal Court," Saar wrote in X.

According to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, he "told the Secretary of State that the restoration of relations with the Jewish state with Bolivia is part of an important process of strengthening Israel's ties with Latin American countries."

Earlier, Israel and Bolivia reached an agreement in Washington to restore diplomatic relations, which were broken in the background of the situation in the Gaza Strip.
