If the Georgian authorities make proposals regarding contacts, Russia will consider them, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.

"If there are additional proposals on contacts from our Georgian neighbors, we will certainly consider them," Lavrov said at a press conference with Kuwaiti Foreign Minister Abdullah Al-Yahya.
