In October, a new miracle can be seen in heaven. The comet Lemmon (C / 2025 A6) is rapidly bright, approaching both the Sun and the Earth. It can already be noticed by small telescopes and even in the purest conditions of the sky. If everything goes according to predictions, it can soon appear without a telescope.
The comet was discovered on January 3 of this year at the Arizona Mount Lemmon Observatory. It is the most dwelling comet that was observed since January last year, when the Atlas comet appeared. On October 22-28, Lemmon will become the most famous phenomenon of heaven, appearing after sunset, on the west-northwest side. During that time, it will pass by the constellations of "Shepherd" and "Snake", located about 15 degrees above the horizon, visible naked or small magnifying glass. The brightness of the comet, according to experts, can reach +3.3 stellar magnitude, which means that it can be noticed without any optics, dark and clear nights.
