Go to Baku and bring our citizens home. Tatul Hakobyan

On his Facebook page, journalist Tatul Hakobyan referred to Armenia's participation in the COP-29 climate conference to be held in Baku and stated why this participation is needed.

"To go to Baku or not to go? An important UN climate summit will be held in Baku in mid-November. When Baku submitted an application, Armenia could have vetoed it, but it voted in favor, in exchange for which Azerbaijan released 32 prisoners of war from prison.

A lamp was lit again in 32 families. 32 children found their father. 32 girls found their brother. 32 mothers came back to life. 32 fathers smiled.
Armenia has not yet decided whether to participate in the international conference to be held in Baku in November or not. Even if it is possible to bring home one of the dozens of Armenians remaining in Baku prisons, then we are obliged to go to Baku, ignoring the barrage of criticism from provincial nationalists and irresponsible patriots. Go to Baku and bring our citizens home."
