The inspectors of the Shirak Regional Center of the Food Safety Inspection Inspectorate were inspected in a soft drinks in the soft drinks belonging to individual entrepreneur Suzanna Abrahamyan (Shirak region, G. Amasia).
Sanitary violations were found, which were incompatible with food production.
In particular,
• The structure of the production building did not rule out cross-streams of food raw materials and pure property,
• Bottles were not prepared for materials that meet hygiene requirements.
• It was not provided with the staff with a wardrobe.
The production activity of the soft drink plant has been suspended, mandatory implementation instructions have been given, set to eliminate the detected violations.
