The ratification of the regulation on border liberalization is first of all a heavy blow to the right of self-determination of the people of Artsakh. "Hayakve"

On October 23, the RA National Assembly ratified the regulation of the joint activity of the border demarcation commissions between Armenia and Azerbaijan. The 67 deputies of the National Assembly, who voted in favor of the ratification of the regulation, also became part of the crime aimed at the overthrow of the constitutional order in Armenia, in which the current Government of the Republic of Armenia, as well as the Constitutional Court, were previously involved. The Council of the "HayaVote" civil initiative has issued an announcement about this.

The statement also says: "The ratification of the regulation on border liberalization is first of all a heavy blow to the right of self-determination of the people of Artsakh. The real victims of this crime are also our many citizens of the border settlements, who faced the risk of losing their property, arable lands, pastures, sources of drinking water, other means of normal life, sanctuaries, without receiving effective security guarantees.

In fact, under the name of demarcation, the process of abolishing the country's independence, handing over its sovereign territories and leading it to the final capitulation is actually taking place. Note that the head of the ruling administration, Nikol Pashinyan, who has not even signed the Regulations of the Republic of Armenia, is formally absent in the course of this organized crime. The Government's appeal to the CC to examine the question of constitutionality, because it understands well the scale of the illegality that is taking place and tries not to appear to be part of this unconstitutional process and thus avoid further responsibility.
Also, by making the representatives of various bodies of state power his accomplices, Pashinyan uses them to keep his power at any cost.

We regret to note that the current parliamentary opposition, although it did not participate in the voting, contributed to the legitimization of the said illegality with its actual presence. Our appeal, as well as that of other public-political circles, to give up parliamentary mandates, politically delegitimize the existing National Assembly and leave the burden of responsibility for the ongoing capitulation process on the ruling majority, remained unanswered. all the main culprits will inevitably answer for the crime. Until then, we urge the citizens of the Republic of Armenia to take note of this crime and consistently continue the fight in order to prevent its further development and neutralize its consequences.
